Thursday evening is Family Movie Night at Southworth Library this summer. From July 10th through August 14th, the library will be offering free popcorn and a movie at 7:00 on Thursday evenings. Movie viewers may bring their own snacks to the shows, and their own chairs if preferred to our auditorium’s seating. All movies will tie in with this summer’s reading program theme, Wild Reads at Your Library! Each DVD will be added to our library’s collection after its public showing.

Amy is 13 when her mother dies in a car accident in New Zealand. She and her father use ultra-light aircraft to lead the geese south for the winter. Nominated for the 1997 Oscar for Cinematography and won several awards as Best Feature Film. Rated PG for an opening scene accident and some mild language. (107 min.)
