The Friends have been preparing all along for the Southworth Library Summer Book Sale even though Southworth has been closed. Unfortunately the repairs to the building that started this week are temporarily halted because now we need an additional part.
The Friends of the Libraries Book Sale that was scheduled for this Saturday July 24th is postponed because the building will still be closed on the 24th.
Stay tuned to hear if the Sale will be rescheduled for later this summer or if the books will be saved for the Fall Sale scheduled for September 23-25.
